Connect AppFolio in five simple steps.
Spot runs inside AppFolio through the Stack. Connecting takes about five minutes, and you only do it once.
Log in to AppFolio
Sign in to your AppFolio Property Manager account as an administrator.
Open the Stack
In AppFolio, open the Stack, AppFolio’s built-in marketplace of connected apps.
Search for Spot
Find Spot in the Stack and open it. (If your Spot rep sent you a direct link, just open that instead.)
Click Connect and authorize
On Spot’s Stack page, click Connect and approve access. This lets Spot set up Guaranteed Rent and Rent Advance inside your AppFolio.
You’re connected
That’s it. Your Spot partner manager confirms the connection and helps you launch with your owners.
